Client: The Kroenke Group, SLO Promenade
We were brought in to renovate the interior and exterior of a large single tenant shopping center space of 100,000 square feet and convert it into four separate commercial rental spaces. The project required significant demolition and reinforcing the interior to accommodate four distinct tenant areas. We also made significant improvements to the shell exterior, including improved HVAC and roofing structures and a grand entryway.
